Property 2, House with 1-1/2 car garage – Ranch-style (one-level) house in the country across from a public, county forest. 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Laundry hook-ups, bring your washer/dryer.
The yard work and snow removal are the renters’ responsibility. Pets are allowed upon review and approval by the landlord.
Background checks, including credit checks, will be done on all renters.
